1. Scope of Service
All detailing services are provided as described at booking. Any additional work not included in the booking may require extra time and charges, which will be discussed beforehand.
2. Vehicle Condition & Liability
We handle every vehicle with care. Pre-existing scratches, dents, or mechanical issues are noted at the start of service. We are not liable for pre-existing damage.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the service. Accepted methods include cash, bank transfer, or online payment.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule bookings. Short-notice changes may incur a fee.
5. Access & Location
Customers must provide safe and accessible parking for the vehicle. Travel outside our standard service area may incur an additional call-out fee.
6. Professional Conduct
We aim to provide respectful, safe, and professional service. Likewise, we expect respectful communication from our clients.
